Episcopal High School is seeking a skilled and dynamic full-time Nurse to work in our busy, full service boarding school health center. The hallmark of this unique setting is its strong sense of community, with students aged 14 - 18 years from across the US and around the world.
Under the direction of the EHS Medical Director and Director of Health Services, the health center staff nurse will be part of a nursing team that performs and oversees the daily clinical operations and provision of care required for the Health Center to serve as an ambulatory care clinic, medication dispensary and overnight infirmary. This person will be required to work both independently and as part of a personable and closely collaborative nursing team, receiving regular support and supervision from the Director of Health Services, the Medical Director, and nursing leads, and be willing to work a variable schedule that would regularly include weekday day, evening and overnight shifts, as well as occasional weekend shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and solid assessment skills, particularly with common or routine primary care complaints.
