 Key Responsibilities: 
 
 Spiritual Leadership &#8211; Promote and integrate Catholic identity and Benedictine Values into all aspects of school life. 
 Academic Excellence &#8211; Oversee effective instruction by faculty and ensure student programs are provided so that each unique learner can achieve academic excellence. 
 Operational Oversight &#8211; Manage daily operations, and their impact on budgeting, enrollment, and strategic planning. 
 Community Engagement &#8211; Foster strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and the broader school community. 
 Development &#38; Advancement &#8211; Support fundraising, marketing, and enrollment management initiatives. 
 Qualifications: 
 
 Practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and values. 
 Master&#8217;s degree (preferred) in educational leadership, administration, supervision, or a related field. 
 Experience in school leadership with demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a staff. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff. 
 Catechist Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain. 
 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</description>
