Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and reflective Upper Elementary Teacher who is passionate about inquiry-based learning. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, warmth, and professionalism to the classroom and be eager to contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement engaging, transdisciplinary units in alignment with the IB PYP framework
• Build a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, reflection, and respectful dialogue
• Help students ask great questions, think deeply, and grow as learners and people
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, student support, and school-wide initiatives
• Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Take part in professional development, faculty meetings, and school traditions ie, holiday celebrations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in elementary education
• Excited to learn about the IB PYP approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A nurturing, growth-oriented approach to working with children
