The Benedictine Schools of Richmond is hiring an academic dean for the 2022-2023 school year. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage all faculty members and their execution of the curriculum.
• Manage the faculty evaluation process and professional development.
• Ensure all students meet retention/graduation criteria.
• Lead weekly student support meetings for BCP and SGHS.
• Assist principal in managing the accreditation process.
• Lead regular department chair meetings and set goals for department chairs.
• Assist principal and heads of school in hiring process.
• Supervise counseling department.
• Manage new teacher orientation and development programs in collaboration with department chairs.
• Coordinate teacher licensure and renewal process as needed.
• Develop and execute the semester testing procedures and schedules.
• Manage budgeting process for academic departments.
• Prepare master schedule of classes.

Qualified applicants should have a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in a school setting, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a track record of proven leadership, and good communication skills
