Trinity seeks a full-time PowerSchool Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the school. This includes, operation, registration and scheduling — along with the creation and maintenance of custom pages, calendars, reports, plugins, etc. The successful candidate will work with staff and faculty on projects, data requests, data analysis, reporting and custom reports.
Interested candidates should have the following qualities:
At least 3-5 years of PowerSchool experience preferred
Experience or interest in a secondary school environment
Ensure data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure and timely to support the mission and activities of the school
Confidence in training colleagues to use PowerSchool
Detail oriented, able to prioritize and plan successful work flows
Communicate effectively in verbal and written exchanges to foster professional relationships
Strong problem solving abilities; genuine enthusiasm for solution focused thinking
Dedicated to keeping up-to-date working technical knowledge
Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel. HTML and JavaScript a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative without specific instructions
