Administrative Assistant to Advancement
The Administrative Assistant to Advancement provides support for the Advancement Office, working directly in support of the Assistant Head for Advancement and with the Stewardship and Advancement Services team. The Administrative Assistant manages the Assistant Head for Advancement’s calendar; coordinates, tracks, and manages key projects that involve the Assistant Head for Advancement; generates gift acknowledgements and correspondence for key donors; conducts several functions within the advancement database; provides general office support; and handles special projects as needed.
