Trinity Episcopal School, an independent coeducational school for Grades 8–12, is seeking an organized, collaborative and detail-oriented individual for a part-time position as Titan Closet Manager. This person will oversee daily operations of the school store, manage inventory for spirit wear and accessories, support brand consistency and coordinate closely with store volunteers. Serving as a steward of the Trinity brand, the Titan Closet Manager will help foster school spirit and community pride.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Titan Closet, ensuring a welcoming and organized retail environment
• Help teachers, coaches and student-athletes with orders for special events and team “swag” etc.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including purchasing, receiving, pricing and restocking merchandise
• Support brand management by ensuring all merchandise aligns with Trinity’s branding guidelines, colors, logos and quality standards
• Collaborate with Athletics, Development, Admissions, and other school departments on special orders, events and promotions, with proactive communication
• Coordinate, train and schedule volunteers for the Titan Closet, Titan Cafe and school lunch; provide clear expectations and ongoing communication
• Assist with sales during school events, athletic events and special programming as needed
• Monitor sales trends and provide input on product selection and future purchasing decisions
• Handle basic financial tracking related to store sales, deposits and reconciliation in coordination with the Business Office
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, coaches, students, parents and volunteers
• Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory systems accurately and efficiently
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset, particularly in managing merchandise and responding to community needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial and inventory records responsibly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced school environment with changing priorities
• Positive team player with a strong sense of school spirit and community engagement
• Familiarity with Google Suite and basic inventory or point-of-sale systems preferred
• Experience in retail management, inventory control, brand management or school-based programs preferred
