School Nurse
School NurseFT/10 month Position Summary:The school nurse is responsible for the management and implementation of the school health program, which is consistent with the State of Maryland regulations governing school health and nursing practice. The registered nurse will work Monday - Friday 7:40 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to care for the health needs of the students, and others while at the school. The position requires record keeping and review, the development of classroom activities relating to children’s health, developing a warm rapport with children and their parents, preparing for emergencies, and coordinating annual CPR/First Aid classes for staff training and other related activities.Position Resp
