The Benedictine Schools of Richmond seek an innovative and collaborative Admission Coordinator. Experience preferred. This is a 12-month full-time position.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Vice-President of Strategic Communications, support the BCP and SGHS Associate Directors of Admission in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies to increase BSoR enrollment and further enhance the brand.
Collaborate with Associate Directors of Admission and the Marketing & Communications team to develop email campaigns, track metrics and optimize use of the CRM platform to support enrollment goals.
Track and maintain admission lists and prospective student contact information, and ensure applicant and inquiry records are accurate, up to date and well-organized.
Maintain confidentiality with applicant's personal/financial information.
Manage middle school student athlete recruitment program in line with VISAA rules and regulations.
Serve as liaison between Associate Directors of Admission and the Director of Athletics to create meaningful connections between high school coaching staff and prospective student athletes, aligning outreach efforts with overall enrollment goals.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team in the coordination and production of Admission marketing collateral, recruitment communications, website updates and newly accepted student communications.
Facilitate customer satisfaction research activities, including coordinating electronic surveys and focus groups, as needed.
Assist with coordinating registration, logistics and staffing for all admission events.
Assist in coordinating tours and scheduling interviews.
Assist in budget management, including maintaining records of all purchases.
Assist in administering the Corporate Internship Program, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (education, communications, marketing or a related field preferred)
2–4 years of experience in admissions, education or customer service (preferably in an independent or private school setting)
Ability to build positive relationships with prospective families, students, faculty and staff
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak admission periods
Comfortable managing databases, generating reports and maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with enrollment management systems and CRM tools is a plus
