St. Stephen's and St. Agnes is seeking an experienced and full-time Assistant DIrector for Equity and Diversity Programs with a deep commitment to the work of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in Independent Schools to work with and support the Director of Institutional Equity and Diversity.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in some capacity as a DEIB practitioner, and will have knowledge of key concepts relating to DEIB and multicultural education. The assistant director will work closely to support programming with all constituencies of the Saints community including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents. A keen attention to detail and organization is a must as the assistant director will be responsible for administrative support and logistical coordination as it relates to on-site and off-sit events, resource and professional development organization, and provide day of support for conferences and workshops.
Additional duties will include, but are not limited to, project coordination, research, data analysis, and resource management. Prior experience working with students and senior level administration is preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with interest in and passion for the work of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to grow their knowledge and skills as a DEIB educator, facilitator and leader.
This is a 12-month position beginning July 1, 2025. This is a 3-campus position. The person filling the role will move between the campuses at times and will need their own personal transportation to navigate between campuses.
