RTA seeks qualified applicants for the following positions for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.

Open Positions

Half-time and full-time positions available

• General Studies Teacher (Elementary and Middle School)
• Special Education Teacher 
• Physical Education Teacher 
• Music Education Teacher

General responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing well-designed, meaningful lesson plans, mindful of research-based practices of teaching and learning
• Fostering a climate of respect for each child as an individual
• Identifying and pursuing professional learning opportunities that enhance one’s teaching
• Engaging in professional or administrative work as necessary

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Experience teaching elementary and middle school students with proven mastery in effectively delivering academic content
• Passion for subject matter within scope of teaching
• Ability to inspire students’ love of learning and critical thinking
• Experience in and commitment to the ongoing development and maintenance of an inclusive school community
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for professional growth, academic excellence and creative teaching
• Commitment to broad participation in school life
• Technology fluency a plus
