After School Staff The Siena School in Silver Spring seeks a dedicated after-school staff member to supervise students from 3:15-6:15 pm Monday through Friday. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who believes in students who learn differently and is able to build positive relationships within a warm and supportive environment.   The Siena School prepares bright, college-bound students with language-based learning differences, such as dyslexia, to become confident, curious learners who understand their personal strengths and gain the tools and strategies to excel.
