St. Stephens & St Agnes School seeks a long-term substitute in the Middle School Math Department. This position entails teaching three to four sections of 6th grade math and study skills and serving as a 6th grade advisor. Availability from late October 2024 - January 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a math-related field or experience teaching math and will have experience teaching Middle School. The ideal candidate is interested in working closely with adolescents and being a part of a warm and supportive school community. The ideal candidate will collaborate well with the sixth grade team and math department, evaluate student progress and provide feedback in a timely and thoughtful manner, promote individual growth and independent thought, and create a positive learning environment.
