Sabot School is seeking an innovative, experienced, progressive educator and leader who has a working knowledge and appreciation for the Reggio Emilia Approach® to education. Previous experience as a Head of School or in lead administrative positions with independent schools is preferred. The Head of School should bring skills as a relationship builder and as a gifted communicator. The Head is expected to be a visible presence throughout the life of the school, participating in all activities, while supporting the teacher researchers and students as co-constructors of their education.
