Middle School Librarian, Beginning 2024-2025 Academic Year
Collegiate School seeks an energetic, experienced and committed librarian with a passion for building community in the library. The ideal candidate will have experience with middle school age children with proven success in collaborating with classroom teachers to build students' critical thinking and research skills and encourage the development of their knowledge and their curiosity through complementary reading recommendations. The primary purposes of this position are to provide “information literacy” and a “24/7 digital workspace,” while also inspiring a love of reading. A successful candidate will also serve as an activity leader or coach in our athletic program. This is a full-time position. General Responsibilities include:
