Oak Hill Academy is a coeducational college preparatory boarding school in the heart of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Our mission is to inspire academic success, cultivate personal growth, and personify a healthy community while fostering relationships among students, families, and our school.
Oak Hill Academy is seeking a mathematics/science instructor to join our faculty for the 2023-2024 school year. The Academy provides students with a robust array of college-preparatory math and science courses ranging from pre-algebra to AP Calculus, physical science to AP Physics. Class sizes are small, and the learning environment productive and well-supported.
Successful candidates will enjoy engaging with young people and will possess academic qualifications to teach mathematics and/or science either by education, licensure, or experience. An advanced degree is preferred, but not required.
The Academy provides a cash salary, on-campus housing and meals (including for family), and a comprehensive benefit package.
