Help Desk Technician
The Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support to faculty, staff, and students. The Help Desk Technician troubleshoots software, hardware, and network requests and actively communicates with constituents. The Help Desk Technician will also install and update equipment for faculty and staff. Excellent customer service, technical, and troubleshooting skills are required. This is a full-time, benefited position reporting to the Director of Technology. Primary Responsibility: Maintain a commitment to the Mission and Philosophy of the School (in programs, policies, curricula)
