MSNV is seeking a passionate, creative teacher who has the desire to design and deliver a Spanish and World languages curriculum suitable for Elementary students, 7th and 8th grade and has the ability to utilize various teaching strategies effectively. This is an opportunity to join our growing school starting in August, 2023. The teacher will have the opportunity to provide quality, differentiated instruction and build meaningful relationships with his/her/their students. The candidate should have strong writing and communications skills and a solid understanding of Spanish culture and world languages.

The Spanish Teacher is responsible for world language instruction, curriculum development, and extended program activities in the Elementary and Middle School. The candidate should have an appreciation and respect for the social and emotional development of adolescents and their individuality. The Spanish teacher should be able to work collaboratively with classroom teachers while continuing to advance the world language program in support of the mission of the school.

Education and or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Spanish or World Language Education. At least two years of teaching experience in Elementary, Middle School or High School experience is preferred. Montessori experience is not required, but an understanding of the philosophy is required as well as being in alignment with MSNV’s mission.
