Alexandria Country Day School seeks a Director of Aftercare to organize, oversee, and deliver our program providing care for students after school between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 pm.  The Director will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for students in Kindergarten through Eighth-grade who participate in the program, work directly with students, supervise 1-3 staff members, communicate with families, develop programming, and manage registration.  Candidates should possess experience working with groups of children and be skilled at managing administrative details.  The school seeks candidates who are organized, skilled, and creative.  A good sense of humor, a positive outlook, and an appreciation of the unique qualities of the age group are essen
