Riverside School is in search of a Director of Finance to lead the fiscal operations of an organization that transforms the lives of children with dyslexia. The successful candidate will join a community of passionate and devoted professionals who care about making a difference and who are fortunate to see that difference being made first-hand.

Primary Responsibilities:

The budget process, financial management, and financial results;

Human resource management, including payroll and employee benefits;

Regulatory issues and risk management;

Oversight of all insurance requirements; and

Preparation for and coordination of annual audit.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 3 years of related experience. Not-for-profit and/or school experience is preferred but not required.
