High School Science Teacher
Commonwealth Academy is currently seeking to hire a Science teacher to join its High School team for the 2021-2022 school year. Educators who thrive in our community are those who are flexible, creative, collaborative, possess a strong work ethic, and have a desire to foster student success. Qualified candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient with technology. The ideal candidate is a generalist in nature but must demonstrate knowledge of the content area (upper-level sciences), current instructional and behavior management techniques, curriculum development, and best practices of 21st-century instruction. Knowledge of chemistry, environmental science, and statistics is highly preferred.
