PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE Demonstrate knowledge of relevant subject matter and current pedagogy, including best practices in online learning. Create an authentic learning community, where students and teachers create a positive, engaging, and mutually respectful learning dynamic.
