Commonwealth Academy is a coeducational college preparatory day school for average to gifted students, grades 3-12, who benefit from small classes and instruction designed to address various learning styles, including those students who have organizational/attention challenges, or learning differences.
Commonwealth Academy is currently seeking Algebra I, Algebra II, and Statistics instructors for our Summer School Program. Class size for our summer program is around ten students and the courses runs from June, 26th – August 4th from 8am-12pm each week day. (except July 3-4)

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Two years of special education experience at the appropriate grade level and course content is preferred.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the nature and needs of students with learning differences demonstrate knowledge of current instructional and behavior management techniques, and demonstrate knowledge of special education best practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills
