Ware Academy is an accredited, independent, co-educational day school for students in grades Pre-K through Eight. It was founded in 1949 as the Gloucester County Day School with thirteen students in a building on Lawyer's Row, in Historic Gloucester Village. Over the years the school has grown into a three building campus with playing fields on almost twenty acres.
Ware promotes ethnic, cultu...ral and racial diversity throughout the school community. High moral and ethical principles, strong academic standards and responsibility for one's self are equally important for our students.
