The Potomac School, a K-12 independent day school in McLean, VA, seeks an Administrative Assistant to the Head of the Upper School. This full-time position requires a highly energetic candidate who truly enjoys the school environment, is able to foster a climate of warmth and is welcoming to students, parents and faculty. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills for a wide range of administrative tasks, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, verbal and written English language proficiency, and strong technology skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google and database management). A Bachelor’s degree is required.
